Gorey land to go under the hammer

An 18.5 acre parcel of land at Banogue Hill, just outside Gorey in Co Wexford, will go under the hammer on Tuesday, with a guide price of just under €10,000.

Auctioneer Denis Howell of Warren Estates in Gorey said it’s a nice block of land in two fields, which is under wheat at the moment.

The land also includes farm sheds and a yard.

The auction takes place at the Warren Estates sales room on Main Street in Gorey at 3pm on Tuesday.
