Estate agents Savills have reported that two adjoining properties at 24 & 25, Grange Parade, Baldoyle Industrial Estate, Dublin 13 have recently been sold.
Baldoyle Industrial Estate is located approximately 10 kms northeast of Dublin City Centre.
Savills had a guide price in excess of €5.5m on the two properties (as one lot).
The two properties are the former Future Print and Barnmore Demolition facilities, which stand on a combined site area of approx 1.2 hectares (3 acres).
The properties were part of a receivership process to which Kavanagh Fennell and Horwath Bastow Charleton had been appointed respectively. The purchaser was represented by Jarlath Lynn of CB Richard Ellis.
According to Gavin Butler of sole selling agents Savills, “These sales are indicative that there is demand for prime industrial space but also highlights the fact that industrial acquisitions are largely dominated by cash buyers.”
